This policy explains how Rage Raptors Broadcast handles information used by the Broadcast desktop application and the account portal at ov.rageraptors.live.
2. Information we process
- Account information such as email address, display name, password hash and optional avatar.
- Subscription information such as plan, payment status, Paddle customer identifier and access expiration date. Full card details are handled by Paddle and are never stored by Rage Raptors Broadcast.
- Device and license information such as computer name, generated device identifiers, authorization dates and active title counts.
- Security records such as login attempts, active sessions and administrative audit entries.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, prevent repeated free trials, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, provide support, secure the service and send essential account or payment notifications.
4. Service providers
Railway hosts the account service, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes subscriptions, and Resend delivers transactional email. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services and under their own privacy terms.
5. Storage and retention
Account and licensing data is stored in a protected database with backups. Records needed to prevent free-trial abuse may remain after a trial ends. Other information is retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period required for security, billing, dispute resolution and legal compliance.
6. Your choices and rights
You can update profile and billing information from your account. To request access, correction or deletion of personal information, contact plesh4kov@gmail.com. Some billing, security and trial-abuse records may need to be retained where legally permitted.
7. Security and international processing
We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, signed licenses and restricted administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries different from your own under appropriate safeguards.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page.
