Terms of Service

1. Service

Rage Raptors Broadcast provides desktop software and an online account service for creating and operating broadcast graphics. By creating an account or using the software, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep your password and authorized computers secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Free trial

The free trial lasts 30 days from the first authorized computer and is limited to one trial per account and computer. Creating additional accounts or changing identifiers to repeat a trial is prohibited.

4. Paid subscriptions

Starter and Pro are recurring monthly subscriptions sold and billed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. The price, currency, taxes and renewal interval are shown before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can update payment details or cancel through the Paddle customer portal. Unless the portal states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

5. Refunds and consumer rights

Refund eligibility and requests are described in our Refund Policy. Paddle handles payments and eligible refunds as Merchant of Record. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

6. License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the software for lawful broadcast production. You may not resell account access, bypass licensing or plan limits, attack the service, distribute malicious modifications, or use the service in violation of law or third-party rights.

7. Availability and changes

We may update features, limits and technical requirements. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned material pricing changes will be communicated before they affect a renewal where required.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for failed payment, abuse, security risk or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription at any time. Provisions that logically survive termination continue to apply.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rage Raptors Broadcast is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost broadcasts, lost profits or third-party service failures. You remain responsible for testing graphics and maintaining local backups before a live production.
